INGREDIENTS

  1. ½ Cup Arrowroot powder
  2. 3tbsp jaggery
  3. 1tbsp ghee
  4. 2tbsp coconut grated
  5. ½ tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1 banana small cut into pieces

STEPS

  1. Soak arrowroot powder in water for 1/2 hour or until it settles at the bottom
  2. Heat grated jaggery in a pan, add water, keep stirring until dissolved
  3. Add arrowroot powder, cardamom powder and keep stirring to avoid lumps under low heat. The mixture will thicken. Add cut banana pieces and a table spoon of ghee. Switch off the heat when the mixture is thick (but is still of pouring consistency) and sprinkle grated coconut
